Prior to your intensive, I carefully review your assessments, history, symptoms, goals, emotional resources, and treatment priorities to develop an individualized treatment strategy. Throughout the intensive process, I continue evaluating progress, identifying obstacles, and refining our approach to help you make the most of our time together.

Treatment may incorporate EMDR, parts work, attachment-focused interventions, and other evidence-based approaches based on your individual needs and treatment goals.
