next steps

1. Schedule Consultation
Consultations take place over telehealth. You can ask me your questions, share a brief history, your concerns, and what you hope to accomplish. I’ll let you know if I recommend an intensive for you. There’s no charge when you schedule this consultation. If you decide to move forward, it is already included in the intensive package. If you choose not to schedule an intensive, you still won’t be charged.
-
2. I'll send you an assessment
If you decide to continue exploring the possibility of working together, I will send you at least one assessment, to get a better idea of how much you dissociate to cope with stress or trauma, and I may recommend others as well. This can help nail down more specifics regarding your ideal length of treatment and priorities for time together.
-
3. Follow Up Consultation
I’ll review your assessment and a few days after the initial consultation, we will meet again over telehealth. I will provide feedback on your assessment and ask questions to better understand your clinical needs. This process helps me prioritize areas for treatment, and develop an initial plan that aligns with your goals. Then I recommend an appropriate treatment duration. If you decide to proceed with an intensive, the follow-up consultation is included in that fee. If not, the consultation remains at no charge and offers valuable insights to help guide any treatment path you choose.
-
4. schedule
We can tentatively schedule an intensive during the follow up consultation (or later). I will hold those intensive dates for you for 2 weeks while you prepare to pay the deposit.
-
5. financial agreement & pay deposit
I will send you a financial agreement to sign, which will outline your scheduled treatment dates, the deposit amount, and the total cost, along with the payment deadlines and details. To secure your dates, the deposit is due within two weeks of scheduling. The deposit is half of total balance. If the deposit is not received by the due date, we may need to reschedule the intensive, depending on availability.
-
6. Remaining paperwork
After you sign the financial agreement and submit your deposit, I will send you the final paperwork to complete before treatment. This includes consent for treatment, privacy practices, and details about your history and symptoms. Providing this information in advance allows me to prepare more thoroughly, ensuring we make the most of our time together.
-
7. Payment of remaining balance
The remaining balance is due the day before your first day of the intensive. If you prefer pay on the first day of the intensive, that can be arranged as well. The remaining balance will be half of the total balance.
